Replacement Policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your online order, you may request a replacement of any eligible item. To be accepted, the product must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging including tags.
Products Eligible for Replacement
- Loungewear, Nightwear, and Sportswear are eligible for replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-replaceable:

- Boxers
- Vests
- Briefs
- Trunks
- Camisoles
- Bras
Important Notes
- If the replacement request arises due to a customer error (wrong size/product ordered), an additional courier charge will apply.
- If the error is on our end (wrong/damaged/defective product sent), we will bear the courier charges.
When Are Refunds Provided?
Please note, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock or unavailable).

Damaged/Defective/Wrong/Missing Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, kindly share:
- Photographs of the outer box (front and back) showing the carrier label
- Pictures of all products received
Once we receive the details, we will prioritise your case and provide a replacement at no extra cost.
